Location: In the water in front of Kalmar artmuseeum (Sweden)

Description: The artist's eye is Helle Kvammes floating studio located in the water, facing the art museum.
The city's public spaces create meeting places and various dialogues are taking place. In this project, I wanted to make a place for conversation while I gaze out over the water and Kalmar's cultural quarter. I have chosen to make an eye as a symbol of the artist's exploration process and the raft becomes a symbol for the individual (the island). The artist's eye will be in in Kalmar until July 14 and has a program.

nu sitter jag med lite plock inför utställningen men eftersom allt material har skickats till tryckeriet so är det mest med spänning jag väntar på resultatet.

In the last year alot has happend with my work and many fysical projects as well as more digital processes. This has been a very interesting journey in many ways. Exploring new therratory in the midlanforest.

This image was the last image taken... a long process of imagary from our homeland. Who is this blue stranger? She has the eyes of a wild dear and at the same time linked to her human past and her herratage.

Steve Messam packar snart sin väska

Jag ser fram till få börja projektet: Mittlandsskogen i min bakgård. Steve Messam kommer till yellowbox! En dröm att få ta del av denna människas förverkligande av ideer. Nu har jag suttit och stirrat på en skärm en hel dag. Känns inte speciellt kreativt.
